Our Goals

"Stuff" Yakima Indivisible Needs

With the current level of attacks on democracy and the repercussions this onslaught will have in the future, Yakima Indivisible is developing systems and resources to function at a high level for the next three to five years.   Uniting more and more people in the Yakima Valley to resist autocracy and defend democracy requires resources to plan and implement rallies, protests, workshops, marketing strategies and more.  On-going monetary donations through Act Blue as well as cash donations at events are necessary to sustain this work.  Additional creative ideas are needed to fully fund “stuff” currently needed.

Land Acknowledgement

Yakima Indivisible acknowledges that we gather on the ancestral lands of the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation, who have stewarded this land since time immemorial. We express our gratitude for the opportunity to live, work, and celebrate on this territory. We are committed to honoring the Yakama Nation’s sovereignty, history, and culture. We invite our community to learn more about the Yakama Nation and their ongoing contributions to this land.
