The Yakima Immigrant Response Network had a great turnout at two presentations in early February by Phil Neff at YVC Yakima and YVC Grandview, talking about the Flock cameras and access of DOL information by ICE/CBP. We also learned that Yakima County has the highest rate per capita of ICE detentions in Washington State, according to provisional data/research conducted by the UW Center for Human Rights.
